It is located in a gated community, has a recreation center and movie theater, a multi million dollar outdoor swimming complex, and is very close to Disney parks, Route 4, all the major stores and restaurants. It is available to rent for weekends, week vacations in the summer or winter months, or anytime you plan to visit Orlando. This 3 bedroom unit will sleep at least 10 people.

The Black Bear Lodge in Waterville Valley

The Black Bear Lodge is an all-suite hotel with 107 units which comfortably sleep six people in two rooms. A professional staffed front desk is available 24 hours a day. The Black Bear Lodge has an indoor/outdoor pool, an outdoor whirlpool spa, exercise room, sauna and steam room, game room, pool table, two conference rooms, and a large living room area with field stone fireplace. Available to all guests is a six million dollar sports center with indoor/outdoor pools, tennis and racquetball facilities.
